Designing a Workout Program to be Balanced: Strength, Cardio, and Flexibility.

Majority of people start an exercise with a lot of enthusiasm and become lost. This is because a balanced routine does not involve overtraining. Most individuals prefer to train using two or four sessions of strength training, multiple sessions of cardio training, and 1-2 sessions of flexibility training. The muscles also have enough time to rest and develop and rest days are also required.
